It also includes a complete tender management system and integration with social media platforms, with a small dedicated admin dashboard and unlimited public visitor access.
Use case
Before this platform, the Commission lacked a unified, secure digital presence and a structured way to manage public tenders and citizen feedback online. This limited public visibility into the Commission's activities and made procurement communication less transparent. The website solves this by establishing an official digital presence with secure authentication, a dedicated complaints channel, and a full tender management system. This creates an official digital identity for the Commission and opens a direct communication channel with the public.
